This is a plume half nodule from the Hauser collection. This is by far the best piece of plume agate in the collection. It has black plumes, red bands surrounding pockets of crystal quartz and five of them are slightly open. There is also golden moss agate at the top. There is one fracture at the bottom right and it has a mirror polish.
This is a Coyamito agate from the Hauser collection. This Coyamito is very cute with plum, brown and white coloration. It has a crystal quartz closed center and an eye on the left side. It also has some interesting white center markings that make this an unusual Coyamito. There are no fractures and it has a mirror polish.
This is a Apache agate slice from the Hauser collection. This is a rare piece of Apache agate from Mexico that I have not seen very much of at any of the shows. It has red bands around the edges with clear chalcedony around a very unususal center. It almost looks like an agate bellybutton. The third photo is of the back with an open center. It does have five fractures on the front around the edges and three on the back and both sides have a mirror polish. Fractures are stable and healed. It is a rare and beautiful agate slice. If you are interested, I have another slice in the collection that is more polished around the edges but, not enough to eliminate all of the husk marks. I can send photos on request.
This is a Brazilian agate from the Hauser collection. I love this agate! It has gorgeous colors and it looks like a bird in the center. I should keep it. No, but it's so hard not to want to keep all these beauties. It is amazing though. Oranges, beige in the tail with red microspheres and blue chalcedony banding throughout. It has no fractures, except tiny little ones near the bottom and it has a mirror polish.
